The Management - In 1995 we opened Casa Manolita, the first specialty Italian restaurant in Goa. In 1998 we re-invented ourselevs as J&A's and relocated to our current location on the Baga River. Armed with little more than a spirit of adventure and a passion for fine food, we have come a long way since. The growing numbers of satisfied customers that come back to eat at our restaurant year after year are a testimony to the quality of our cuisine.
The Kitchen - Our staff would be happy to take you on a tour of our spotlessly clean display kitchen. Only the best imported pastas are used and fresh pasta is made in-house daily. The oven-dried tomatoes that lend an intense flavour to many of our dishes are made in our wood-fired oven as are the smoked beef and pizzas. Salad greens are organically grown and washed in triple filtered water. We use only the best locally procured meats, vegetables and cheese. Olives, olive oil, anchovies and cured meats are imported.
